Maximiano de Carvalho e Silva, UFF

Professor Titular aposentado de Filologia (Crítica Textual) do Instituto de Letras da UFF. Ex-diretor do Instituto de Letras da UFF e do Centro de Pesquisa da Fundação Casa de Rui Barbosa. Membro da Academia Brasileira de Filologia e do Círculo-Língüístico do Rio  de Janeiro. Autor de várias obras de sua especialidade.
