The objective of this composition is to analyze discursively the policies of language of the State of Mato Grosso, reflecting the way how documents give visibility to the discursive memory of writing that legitimate the linguistic practices at School. We aimed at comprehending, through the reading of files, the linguistic policies of the State of Mato Grosso giving visibility to a memory of writing that is moved and established in a game of sayings which are repeated and (re)updated in a relation between language, subject and discourse, constituting subjects who are signified in their relation with the language and the writing and are identified as citizenship, literate subject.
