Os Verbos Dar, Dizer, Estar e Fazer no Vocabulário do Português Medieval
Abstract
Poucos hoje estarão no Brasil tão preparados e com tal volume de material recolhido para fazer obras de lexicografia portuguesa como Antônio Geraldo da Cunha. De há muito o operoso investigador do nosso léxico vem-nos brindando com excelentes instrumentos de trabalho, como o Índice Analítico do Vocabulário de Os Lusíadas e, mais recentemente, os três volumes até agora saídos do Índice do Vocabulário do Português Medieval, gérmen do futuro Vocabulário do Português Medieval, se forem oferecidos ao investigador as ajudas financeiras para o empreendimento de tão útil quanto importante empresa. Está pronto e sairá dentro em breve o Dicionário Histórico e Etimológico dos Verbos mais Freqüentes do Português Contemporâneo do Brasil. [...]
